-Guided tour of British Parliament houses
Day 2 (17 Nov)
-Visit to Cambridge, passing through Epping forest and Thaxted; Learn about the literary heritage and tertiary education in Britain
Day 3 (18 Nov)
-Creative writing workshop on short stories with poet and writer Jacob Sam-La Rose
-Tour of the Royal Courts of Justice, learning about its history, art and architecture as well as the roles and duties of the different members of the RCJ.
-Visit to the British Museum
- Watch theatre performance: War Horse
Day 4 (19 Nov)
-Drama workshop at the Globe Theatre, focusing on EITHER aspects of Shakespearean performance in Othello OR Jacobean drama in Duchess of Malfi
-Visit of the Tate Modern

Day 5 (20 Nov)
-Briefing about Singapore’s Trade and Economic ties with Britain at the Singapore High Commission
-Visit the National Gallery
-Guided tour of Westminster Abbey and Evensong
Day 6 (21 Nov)
- British Library Workshop: "Georgians Revealed: Life, Style and the Making of Modern Britain"
-Guided tour of Charles Dickens Walk through London, including Temple & Inns of the Court
-Watch theatre performance: Matilda, the musical
Day 7 (22 Nov)
-Visit Gumley House convent school and interact with students
-Visit the C&A Museum
Day 8 (23 Nov)
-Visit to the Brixton Market (Renowned for African and Carribean produce)
-Visit Borough Market
-Meeting with SAJC alumni who are currently studying or working in the UK
Day 9 (24 Nov)
-Visit to the Imperial War Museum (focusing on Holocaust exhibit and World War II)
-Visit Tate Britain
-Head to airport for return to Singapore in the evening
Day 10 (25 Nov)
-Arrival in Singapore
